PRIOR TO 2004 PROJECTS

Peck Ormsby Construction Company offers a wide range of construction experience. Our construction Services experience varies from a fast track $30 million Water Plant in Wyoming to a $.5 million Design Build Manufacturing Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Here is a list of projects completed by Peck Ormsby Construction in 2003 and earlier. Click on the picture to see more job photos and information.



Bank of American Fork	A two story facility housing central IT and data processing operations. Includes
Regional Operations Center	back-up power, clean power and electronic protection systems, raised access
American Fork, Utah	floors and high level security systems.

Clearfield Job Corps	This project included a 58,000 SF, four wing, 120 room dormitory with
Dormitory	administration area and training facilities. The construction includes lock down
Clearfield, Utah	capable security measures and state of the art equipment.

West Jordan City	This project built two pump stations and a five million gallon tank. The system
Westside Water Facilities	supplies water to the western part of West Jordan City, and includes 11 vertical
West Jordan, Utah	turbine pumps, with a combined capacity of 28,500 GPM.

Provo City WWTP	This project was an addition and remodel at the Provo City waste water treatment
Aeration Upgrade	plant, and included a new holding facility, headworks upgrade, and aeration basin
Provo, Utah	blowers and diffusers.

Bountiful City	This project was an upgrade and remodel of one of the city's main municipal power
Power Plant	plants, and included a building addition housing a natural gas turbine, new controls
Bountiful, Utah	and distribution equipment

Green River	This project included a large administration facility with a water treatment plant for
Water Treatment Facility	the cities of Green River and Rock Springs, Wyoming. All of the treatment facilities
Green River, Wyoming	were fully enclosed in various buildings on campus.

Broadstone	This project consisted of six separate office building located at the same site, and
Office Complex	built over a three year time period. The office buildings varied in size from 15,000
American Fork, Utah	to 25,000 square feet.

10 New Car Dealerships
10 New Car Dealerships	These dealerships included Dodge, Honda, Toyota, Saturn, Ford and Pontiac
in the Intermountain West	facilities, many of which were design-build. Five of them were built for the same
Utah & Surrounding States	owner, NFT Transportation, who specified the Architect.
