Peck Ormsby Construction Company offers a wide range of construction experience. Our construction Services experience varies from a fast track $30 million Water Plant in Wyoming to a $.5 million Design Build Manufacturing Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Family First Credit Union	An 8,000 SF full service credit union facility with drive through and remote ATM
American Fork Branch	facilities. Building has state of the art electrical, IT and security systems, banking
American Fork, Utah	equipment, vault and service offices.

Hutch's Home Furnishings	This two phase project added 25,000 SF of retail, office and warehouse space to
Showroom & Warehouse	the existing store, replaced all parking and landscaping and demolition of most of
Lehi, Utah	of the old store - all while keeping the store in full operation.

Kennecott Land Company	This project was a last minute invitation to complete a short schedule project.
Day Break Sand Filter	Rapid mobilization, use of in house concrete crews, and experienced WWTP
West Jordan, Utah	project management and control met the requirements.

Brookhaven Villas	This 7,500 SF active adult clubhouse facility includes a large indoor swimming pool,
Clubhouse & Pool	exercise room, locker and dressing areas, full-service kitchen, game rooms and
Lehi, Utah	dining / meeting areas.

Metro Water District of Salt Lake	A project to completely refurbish five 500+ HP pumps supplying 80,000 GPM of
Jordan Narrows Pump Station	irrigation water to western Salt Lake Valley, with substantial site & building
Salt Lake City, Utah	upgrades. Critical schedule & start-up dates were safely met.

Bank of American Fork	A 5,000 SF branch building with a 4-lane covered drive-through. Includes a large
Draper Branch	cast-in-place vault, high-tech electrical and IT packages, specialty equipment and
Draper, Utah	high end millwork.

Civil Science	A 16,400 SF Class A office building on three levels including all tenant finishes, the
Office Building & Vehicle Shop	project also includes a large, free standing vehicle storage and maintenance
Lehi, Utah	building.

North Davis Water
North Davis Water	This project includes the construction of a new Bio-Tower Facility and a new solids
Treatment Plant	contactor, with associated process flow facilities, concrete structures and civil
Davis County, Utah	development work.

Jordan Valley Water	Twelve sites are included in this contract located through the Salt Lake Valley, with
Treatment System Improvements	various projects including fluoride injection and water treatment system
Salt Lake County, Utah	improvements.
