Peck Ormsby Construction Company offers a wide range of construction experience. Our construction Services experience varies from a fast track $30 million Water Plant in Wyoming to a $.5 million Design Build Manufacturing Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Renaissance Academy	Project is a 42,000 SF full-service school for grades K - 8.The two-story building
Charter School	is wood frame and masonry construction, with multi-use facilities. Site includes
Lehi, Utah	ball fields, play yards & apparatus, parking lot and traffic control.

Peck Ormsby Development	A 22,000 SF three-story structural steel framed class A office building, to be the
Thanksgiving Point Office Building	the new headquarters for Peck Ormsby Construction. The interior was custom
Lehi, Utah	built to match each tenants needs.

Lehi City	A 4,200 SF two-phase project, adding sleeping quarters and extending apparatus
Public Safety Building	facilities to an existing fire station, while remodeling existing the existing space, all
Lehi, Utah	of the work was done while maintaining full operation of public services.

Brigham Young University	Project includes excavation and shoring under existing courtyard, demolition of
Chiller Vault Remodel	existing vault and construction of new vault and chiller well - performed while
Provo, Utah	maintaining water flow, chiller operation and public traffic flow.

Intermountain Health Care	This 7,600 SF multi-story structural steel framed building was the first high pressure
Hyperbaric Treatment Center	oxygen treatment facility in the State of Utah. Special electrical, mechanical and
Provo, Utah	medical-gas systems were required.

Intermountain Health Care	Project includes a 6,400 SF addition to the Women's Center for labor and delivery
Orem LDRP Expansion	suites, the project also include a remodel of 11,000 SF including nursery, post-
Orem, Utah	partum, pain management & nursing - all while maintaining patient services.

Alpine Home Medical	A 17,250 SF building housing a retail showroom, business office, warehouse and
Broadbent McDonald Building	product service and repair facilities. Site design accommodates an employee break
Salt Lake City, Utah	break area and complicated parking, loading and drainage issues.

City of Saratoga Springs
City of Saratoga Springs	An 8,300 SF design-build effort with Mark Wilson Architect, includes apparatus
North End Fire Station	bays with gear storage & maintenance, 3-shift kitchen & day room, offices, living &
Saratoga Springs, Utah	sleeping quarters, training & public-access lobby & meeting rooms.

West Jordan City	This contract, for a repeat client, includes two well-station buildings, each with
Fluoridation Station	chlorination and fluoridation packages. In-house personnel and equipment
West Jordan , Utah	performed all earthwork, concrete and mechanical piping.
