Peck Ormsby Construction Company offers a wide range of construction experience. Our construction Services experience varies from a fast track $30 million Water Plant in Wyoming to a $.5 million Design Build Manufacturing Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. City of Highland	A 17,000 SF design-build effort, including apparatus bays with gear storage
Fire Station	and maintenance. Peck Ormsby worked extensively with the architect to value
Highland, Utah	engineer and redesign the project to fit the owner's budget and needs.

Freedom Academy	Project is a 63,000 SF full-service school for grades K - 8 located in Provo, Utah.
Charter School	The project is wood framed and masonry construction including site and traffic
Provo, Utah	control. It was built on a fast track schedule to be ready for school by fall 2007.

Angelina's Corner	This project is a 36,000 SF mixed-use development which combines commercial
Housing Development	and retail space with condominiums for a down-town "live-work" environment.
Salt Lake City, Utah	Extensive value-engineering was done to reduce costs & meet the owner's budget.

Brigham Young University	Project involves the replacement of high end architectural handrail systems,
Campus Handrail Project	bringing critical areas to current safety standards and consistent design standards.
Provo, Utah	All work was done around BYU's schedule and activities.

Monticello Academy	Project is a 58,000 SF full service school for grades K - 8 located in West Valley,
Charter School	Utah. The two story building is wood framed and masonry construction with a
West Valley , Utah	full kitchen, cafeteria, gymnasium, library,and classrooms.

Brigham Young University	This project involved excavation and preparation of a five acre site for use as
Intramural Fields	intramural play fields for BYU. Work included play fields, parking lot, sidewalks,
Provo, Utah	fencing & netting and lighting throughout the entire site for night activities.

Brigham Young University	Renovation of Lavell Edwards Stadium which included repainting the entire
Lavell Edwards Stadium Upgrade	structure, remodeling of visiting teams offices, preparation area, locker room,
Provo, Utah	and media conference room. Work was completed around BYU's schedule.

Brigham Young University	Project includes a 4,200 SF remodel of what was the Campus Police Station into
Smoot / Kimball Buildings Remodel	new office space in the Abraham Smoot Building. Remodel of office space on the
Provo, Utah	7th and 9th floors of the Spencer W. Kimball building.

Brigham Young University	A small, but technically detailed project, including a 4,300 SF addition of chemical
Chemical Management Building	storage, management and distribution space, plus a major remodel and upgrade of
Provo, Utah	2,000 SF of existing office space.

Bank of American Fork	An 8,400 SF building with a 4-lane covered drive through. Includes a daylight
Riverton Branch	basement, two cast in place vaults, high-tech electrical and IT packages, specialty
Riverton, Utah	equipment and high end millwork.

Division of Wildlife Resources	This small project includes demolition of existing buildings and erection of a
Springville Fish Hatchery	pre-engineered metal building on a very tight schedule - our initial foray into the
Springville, Utah	DFCM project arena
