2008 PROJECTS

Peck Ormsby Construction Company offers a wide range of construction experience. Our construction Services experience varies from a fast track $30 million Water Plant in Wyoming to a $.5 million Design Build Manufacturing Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. City of Highland	This building is an 18,400 SF city hall which includes council chambers,
City Hall	administration offices, and library space. Peck Ormsby was the low bidder
Highland, Utah	and value engineered the project to reduce costs to fit the city's budget.

City of Highland	Project was built on the same site as the Highland City Hall. A 16,200 SF
Justice Center	steel framed justice center which includes court room, police offices, holding
Highland, Utah	cells and training rooms. Project includes state of the art security measures.

Gunnison Valley	A 17,200 SF project expansion to the Gunnison Valley Hospital. Peck Ormsby
Hospital Expansion	was selected as the CM / GC for this project which involves two separate
Gunnison, Utah	state of the additions as well a major remodel of a portion of the existing facility.

Gateway Academy	This project for a repeat client is a 53,000 SF full service school for grades K - 8
Charter School	located on a 5 acre site in Enoch, Utah. The two story building is wood framed
Enoch, Utah	and masonry construction with a full kitchen, gymnasium, library and classrooms.

Providence Academy	This project is a 53,000 SF full service school for grades K - 8. The two story
Charter School	building is wood framed and masonry construction will a full kitchen, gymnasium,
Herriman, Utah	library and classrooms. Despite a challenging schedule the school opened on time.

Paradigm High	Project is a 43,500 SF school for grades K - 8. The two-story building is wood
Charter School	framed and masonry construction located on a 5 acre site. The groundbreaking
South Jordan, Utah	was delayed until March, but Peck Ormsby was able to finish the school in August.

Brigham Young University	This project is a complete interior and exterior remodel of the 6,500 SF building to
Neal A Maxwell Building B49	provide much needed office and work space. Project includes completely new
Provo, Utah	mechanical and electrical systems as well as a new security system.

Bank of American Fork
Bank of American Fork	Project is a 6,100 SF branch building with a four lane covered drive through.
Saratoga Springs Branch	Includes a full basement, 2 large cast in place vaults, high tech electrical and
Saratoga Springs, Utah	IT packages, specialty equipment and high end millwork.
