Peck Ormsby Construction Company offers a wide range of construction experience. Our construction Services experience varies from a fast track $30 million Water Plant in Wyoming to a $.5 million Design Build Manufacturing Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Brigham Young University

This $1 million project involves demolition and reconfiguration of the basement

City of Rigby, Idaho

A new wastewater treatment plant for the city of Rigby, Idaho. Construction

Excelsior Academy

Project is a 53,00 SF school for grades K - 8. The two-story building is wood

framed and masonry construction located in Tooele, Utah. This project was built

on an accelerated schedule to be ready for students to start schooll.

 

 

Vista School

Project is a 39,000 SF school with a block and EIFS exterior located in Ivins, Utah

Performing Arts

The school includes a kitchen, gym, classrooms, library and dance studios. The

project did not break ground until April but Peck Ormsby still finished by fall.

 

 

Renaissance Academy This project involved adding 6,550 SF to provide a new library, additional
Charter School Expansion classrooms, and an elevated stage to the existing 42,000 SF school which was
Lehi, Utah built by Peck Ormsby in 2006. All work was done while school was in session.

 

 

Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility This project changed the way water is treated at the plant. Project involves a new
UV Disinfection Project building including specialized concrete work as well as installing the new mechanical
Salt Lake City, Utah & UV equipment. The plant had to remain in full operation throughout construction.
