2010 PROJECTS

Peck Ormsby Construction Company offers a wide range of construction experience. Our construction Services experience varies from a fast track $30 million Water Plant in Wyoming to a $.5 million Design Build Manufacturing Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Here is a list of projects completed by Peck Ormsby Construction in 2010. Click on the picture to see more job photos and information.



Dan W. Peterson	Project is a 7,019 SF expansion that added new classrooms, restrooms and
School Addition	storage area. Construction took place while school was in session and special
American Fork, Utah	care and coordination was required to avoid disruptions to the school.

Sego Lily Elementary	Project is a 21,000 SF expansion along the front of the school in Lehi, Utah.
Classroom Expansion	Expansion includes 12 new classrooms and new offices as well as site work. Also
Lehi, Utah	includes a small remodel of the school. Work was done with school in session.

Provo Housing Authority	This project provides covered parking for two apartment buildings in Provo,
Covered Parking	Utah along with other site improvements. This project is federally funded and
Provo, Utah	includes federal regulations that must be met.

Channing Hall	Project is a 4,000 SF addition to the existing 43,000 SF building located in
Classroom Addition	Draper, Utah. It added 4 classrooms as well as office space. Peck Ormsby was
Draper, Utah	selected due to their extensive charter school experience and low cost.

Quail Run	This design build project will be the first LEED certified charter school in the state
Primary School	of Utah. The building is a 55,000 SF two story school which incorporates many
Pleasant Grove, Utah	sustainable features including solar panels and an energy efficient HVAC design.

Vista School	Project is a two story 21,000 SF addition to the existing 39,000 SF school which

St. George, Utah	as well as a performing theater. Project was completed on a fast track schedule.

Karl Maeser Academy	Project is a new 48,000 SF design build high school in Lindon, Utah. The building
High School	sits on an 8 acre site which includes a soccer field and track area. The building
Lindon, Utah	features an EIFS exterior with large columns at the raised entryway.
