ANGELINA'S CORNER


This project includes two buildings and 36,000 SF of mixed use development which combines commercial and retail space with condominiums for a downtown live-work environment. After being the low bidder Peck Ormsby was selected as the constrcution manager for this project, which was more than $1 million over budget. Peck Ormsby worked extensively with the owner and architect to value engineer the project to meet the owner's budget and requirements.
