Project is a 20,145 SF community events center located at the Cedar Hills Golf Course. Building has glass curtain wall over 20 feet tall that will overlook the golf course and have amazing views. Building includes a golf pro shop, a kitchen and dining area and a large events center. Building also includes a full basement which has golf cart storage and recreation rooms.
