GRANGER MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING


Project is a two story 30,000 SF medical office building with a 3,500 SF storage basement. The project is located at 9000 South and 3200 West in West Jordan, Utah. Peck Ormsby was the low bidder, had the fastest schedule and the best value engineering of all of the bids. Peck Ormsby has completed the building & is now doing all of the tenant improvement work.
