HIGHLAND CITY FIRE STATION


A 17,000 SF building including apparatus bays with gear storage and maintenance, 3-shift kitchen and day room, offices, living and sleeping quarters, training and public access lobby and meeting rooms. Peck Ormsby was selected as the construction manager after all bids came in nearly $1 million over budget. Peck Ormsby worked with the architect and owner to redesign the project to fit the owner's budget, all while keeping the same size and square footage.
