MONTICELLO ACADEMY


Project is a 58,000 SF full service school for grades K - 8. The two story building is wood frame and masonry construction, with multi-use facilities. Site includes ball fields, play yards and apparatus, and parking and traffic lanes. Peck Ormsby worked dilligently to meet the owners budget and to have the school ready for students despite a very challenging schedule.
