05/27/10
Peck Ormsby Construction has broken ground on the Karl Maeser Academy Charter High School. This project will be a 48,000 SF design build project located in Lindon, Utah. The project was held up due to funding issues. The Karl Maeser Academy will be built on a fast track schedule and completed by November 2010.

05/21/10
Peck Ormsby Construction has been selected as the general contractor for the Granger Medical Building located in West Jordan, Utah. The project is a 33,500 SF medical office building. Peck Ormsby was chosen because they had the lowest cost, the fastest schedule, and the best value engineering ideas. Construction will start in June 2010 and be finished in January 2011.

Peck Ormsby Construction has broken ground on the construction the Vista School Addition in Ivins, Utah. This project is a 21,000 SF addition to the existing school which Peck Ormsby built in 2009. The owner selected Peck Ormsby for the addition after a great experience on the 1st project. The project will add classrooms, restrooms and a performing theater for use by the school and others for performances. The school must be done before the school year begins in the fall of 2010.
