Alpine Home Medical Addition & Remodel - Bid Date: August 18, 2010 @ 2:00 PM. Peck Ormsby Construction is the general contractor on this project which includes a 3,732 SF addition to the existing 3,900 SF building in Provo, Utah. The building is CMU construction with exposed arched steel joist and deck. The exterior is CMU and stone with a metal and memrane roof. Project also includes a remodel of the existing 3,900 SF building. Plans are online and in our office plan room.

Monticello Academy Classroom Conversion - Bid Date: August 27, 2010 @ 3:00 PM. This project involves converting an existing open space in the school into a functional skills classroom and office area. Work included selective demolition, new walls, doors, windows, carpet, paint, etc as well as electrical and mechanical modifications. Plans and specs are online and in our office plan room.

Jordan Valley WTP Chlorine Dioxide Project - Bid Date: September 9, 2010 @ 4:00 PM. Project includes demolition of existing transfer pump station and the construction of a new building complete with chlorine dioxide generators, chemical storage tanks, chemical metering equipment and fire suppression and alarm system. Project also includes yard piping and chemical application diffusers to existing pipes and channels. Plans and specifications are online and in our office plan room.

Magna WRF Fine Screen Facility - Bid Date: Septmber 20, 2010 @ 3:00 PM. Project consists of the construction of a new fine screen facility that includes a concrete masonry block building equipped with a rotary fine screen that removes debris from wastewater. The project also includes non-potable water system improvements with new booster pumps, new chlorination equipment and a new automatic backwash strainer as well as associated grading and paving improvements, yard piping electrical, instrumentation and controls.
