PROJECTS BIDDING

Promontory Charter School - Bid Date: Wednesday December 21st @ 4:00 PM. Peck Ormsby Construction is the GC on this project which is a new 43,000 SF charter school located on a 4.6 acre site at 1050 West 2700 South in Perry, Utah. The building is a single story wood framed structure with a stone, EIFS and metal exterior. Construction will begin in January 2012 and must be completed by August 1, 2012. Plans and specifications are online and in our office plan room.

Aristotle Charter School - Bid Date: Friday January 13th @ 2:00 PM. This project involves an interior and exterior remodel / renovation of a former Wal-mart store in American Fork to provide the charter school 32,000 SF of space. Plans and specs are not 100% but pricing is being requested for the current plans. Mechanical and electrical will be design build. Plans and specifications are online and in our office plan room.

East Canyon Water Reclamation Facility Expansion - Bid Date: Wednesday February 15th @ 1:00 PM. Project consists of the expansion of the existing maintenance building, construction of a new electrical building, new electrical ductbank, new fencing, associated earthwork, paving, yard piping, mechanical and electrical work, and process equipment. Plans and specifications are online and there is a hard copy in our office.
