Maeser Preparatory Academy Charter School - Bid Date: 3/04/10 @ 2:00 PM. Peck Ormsby Construction is the general contractor on a new charter school located on an eight acre site in Lindon, Utah. The building is a 48,500 SF, two story wood framed school with an EIFS and masonry exterior and a membrane roof. Construction will begin immediately and will be completed in August before the start of school. Bids are being accepted on all trades except HVAC which is design build. Plans and specifications are available online and there is a set in our plan room at our office.

Kemmerer Diamondville Water Treatment Plant Upgrade & Expansion - Bid Date: 3/16/10 @ 2:00 PM. Peck Ormsby Construction has been prequalified to bid on this project which includes a new 10,500 SF water treatment plant building as well as a new raw water pump station. Project includes all of the mechanical piping and equipment as well as all structural, architectural, civil and electrical work required for the new treatment plant. This project is federally funded and Davis-Bacon wages are required. Plans and specifications are online and in our plan room at our office.

Quinn's Junction Water Treatment Plant - Bid has been postponed. Peck Ormsby Construction has been prequalified to bid on the construction of a new water treatment plant in Park City, Utah. The project consists of a new 3 MGD membrane filtration plant along with ancillary processes and facilities. Plans and specs are not available online at this time. This project has been temporarily postponed and new plans will be issued when they are completed.
